Privacy:

Mama’s Bakehouse will never share or sell your personal, contact or billing information to any third party. We will only ever use your details when necessary to contact you about your order. All transactions with Mama’s Bakehouse are processed by our payment partners and your credit card information is never stored or seen by us.

Please refer to individual product pages to see if an item is in stock. 

For the latest dispatch information and any changes that may occur, please refer to the announcements bar at the top of our website. For general information on when we bake and dispatch our products each week, please refer our separate Delivery page. 

 

Pricing:

Prices are as stated on our website and may be subject to change at any time. 

Where discounts are offered, only one discount code per order is applicable. We cannot accept discount codes outside of the specified period. 

 

Delivery:

Please ensure you provide full and accurate delivery details when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items that are unsuccessfully delivered due to incorrect and/or incomplete customer and delivery information, and reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from a refund for any items returned to us on this basis. 

For items that are returned to us due to being refused, unclaimed and/or unsuccessfully delivered, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from a refund.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to events occurring with our courier.

What is your cancellation and returns/refund policy?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible the same day. Once your cookies have been baked and packaged, we are unable to cancel however. 

Due to the edible nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for our cookies. If you are dissatisfied with the product due to damage upon delivery, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery, providing two clear images of the damage to the cookies, and we shall be in touch to work to resolve the issue.
