How should I heat up my cookies?

Warm on a baking tray in an oven preheated to 170C/160C fan for up to 5 minutes. Allow to cool outside of the oven for a few minutes, or longer if you prefer, before eating. 

Alternatively, you can heat the cookies in a microwave for 10-20 seconds as desired.

We personally recommend enjoying our Brown Butter cookies at room temperature. If preferred warm, you can heat them up using the instructions above, although a shorter time may be needed due to the smaller size of these cookies.


How should I store my cookies?

You can keep your cookies in the box they arrive in, however to keep them at their freshest, we recommend storing them at room temperature in an airtight container, where they should keep for up to 3 days.


Can I freeze my cookies?

If you do not wish to eat your cookies straight away, you can freeze them for up to 3 months. When ready to eat, remove from the freezer and reheat in an oven preheated to 170C/160C fan for up to 10 minutes. Leave to cool before eating.


Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. When sourcing our packaging, it was very important to choose something that would not be harmful to the environment.

Our boxes and sleeves can be recycled, as well as the regular-sized mailing bags used for delivery. 

When you order two boxes, we use our larger mailing bags, which are biodegradable and can therefore be composted.

All our internal packaging materials are also fully compostable: the tissue paper, labels and individual cookie bags.


Do you offer nut-free, gluten free or vegan?

Though our monthly Mixed Box contains nuts, we do offer customisable products such as in our Create Your Own collection and Brown Butter Cookies which allow you to choose your flavours to avoid nuts. However, we can never guarantee our product will be free from trace amounts of nuts since we work in a kitchen where nuts and nut products are also handled. 

Though we do not currently offer any gluten-free or vegan cookies on our website, we are able to produce vegan cookies and products free from gluten-containing ingredients on a custom basis. What is your cancellation and returns/refund policy?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible the same day. Once your cookies have been baked and packaged, we are unable to cancel however. 

Due to the edible nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for our cookies. If you are dissatisfied with the product due to damage upon delivery, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery, providing two clear images of the damage to the cookies, and we shall be in touch to work to resolve the issue.
