Where do you deliver?

We deliver our cookies to all areas in mainland UK. 


How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated at checkout and is dependent on the weight of your order. We currently use both Royal Mail and Hermes for delivery of our orders to allow our customers to choose which courier and service they prefer. 


What days do you deliver? 

We dispatch our cookies from Tuesday to Thursday and work hard to ensure delivery within 1-2 days with our couriers, depending on the delivery service opted for by our customers. 

All orders placed by 3pm Monday to Wednesday will be dispatched the following morning. Any orders placed after 3pm on a Wednesday, and from Thursday to Sunday, will be processed at the start of the following week and dispatched on the Tuesday.

Can I track my order? What if I am not in at the time of delivery?

Tracking is available when you opt for either Hermes 1-2 day delivery service or Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

Hermes 1-2 day Tracked delivery service: You will receive an email from Hermes to allow you track your delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, Hermes will leave a card telling you when they will make their next delivery attempt, and provide an 8-digit card number to allow you to track the parcel and divert it to a safe place or neighbour if needed. Three attempts will be made to deliver your parcel, after which, if delivery is still unsuccessful, your cookies will be returned back to us. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24: You will receive tracking updates from Royal Mail via email. If no one is at home to receive the parcel, Royal Mail will deliver to your safe place location, or to a neighbour. Failing this, you will be able to collect your parcel from your local delivery office.

Please note there is no tracking offered to customers with Royal Mail 1st class service. This is clearly stated at checkout when choosing the Shipping method for your order. Since we only receive confirmation from Royal Mail once the parcel has been successfully delivered, we are unable to offer any tracking information to customers in the event of delay or otherwise and cannot be held responsible for this if this service is chosen by the customer.

Please ensure you accurately provide your full name, address, email and contact telephone number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Issues with Delivery

Please note that whilst we are committed to a 1-2 day delivery service for our freshly baked cookies, once your order has been dispatched we cannot accept liability for delays occurring with our courier. Please be assured however that such occurrences are rare. 

If your product arrives damaged and you are unhappy with the state of your cookies upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours via email, attaching two clear images of any damage and details of your complaint, and we will contact you to work to resolve the issue.
